FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before we start,
let’s answer your questions.

Do you handle high-volume collection projects?

Yes. We assess materials, estimated quantities, access and deadlines to define a suitable vehicle, equipment and collection plan.

Do you purchase materials or charge for services?

It depends on the material and the work required. We can structure purchases of recoverable materials, collection or disposal services, and projects that combine both, with terms defined in the proposal.

Do you work with domestic and IMMEX companies?

Yes. We handle domestic materials and temporarily imported materials, defining the operational and documentation scope for each case.

Can you place equipment inside my facility?

Yes. We assess material flows and site conditions to define container, platform or machinery placement as part of the service.

Do you handle municipal, special-handling and hazardous waste?

Yes. We handle all three categories with distinct service scopes. We assess the waste, packaging, quantity and location to define collection, destination and documentation.

Do you offer fiscal destruction and certificates?

Yes. We perform fiscal destruction and provide destruction certificates within the agreed scope. We identify lots and organize process evidence in coordination with the client’s responsible teams.

What documentation do you provide?

Depending on the service, we provide movement records, weigh tickets, photographs, manifests, receiving or disposal receipts and destruction certificates. Evidence is organized by project for review and reconciliation.

Can you work with our carriers or resources?

The arrangement is defined during assessment. We establish DAGO’s scope and responsibilities within operations involving other parties.
